We stumbled upon this seafood restaurant in Valdivia, Chile near the Mercado Municipal. Not only was this seafood risotto off the Richter in terms of flavor, but it was a welcomed break from the daily Argentine meat regiment, which, made it even better. To wash it down our waiter suggested ordering a jarra of the Chilean artisanal beer, Kunstmann. Love at first gulp and the perfect compliment to our meal.
